Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love your Muse by MJ pieces. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

 

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

 

Condition for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on intimate apparel (e.g., items with built-in liners) unless the item arrived defective.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at shopmusebymj@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions for sending it back.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll get the new item reserved for you as soon as we receive your return.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
